February is Black History Month and for the entire month we will be exploring contributions of Black HeArtwork artists throughout history, and the mark they left in the world through those expressions. This month’s featured Outlaw Artist is Martin Luther King Jr. MLK might not be who we think of when someone talks about an Outlaw Artist. We think of our eccentric artists and rebellious rockstars. But MLK was a HeArtwork artist… and an outlaw through that expression.
The season of love is coming… it can be a very romantic and precious time of year. A time to lavish someone special with sentiments of your affection. It’s a time to get a rush of excitement when you see flowers coming to the office, or a letter in the mail.
Unless you’re single. Then it’s a different holiday entirely.
Even if they do not believe in God, most people can use 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 verses 4-8 to understand what is expected of us in love. Not just romantic love, but every kind of love we experience in our lives. This verse applies not just to a spouse, but to parents, friends, siblings, and fellow humans.
A few reasons love is good for both your mental and physical health.
